Lynn Almond

As owner of Bay Area Equestrian Center in Pearland, Texas, Lynn trains and shows horses on the Arabian show circuit. With 70 horses at the facility, over a hundred people who take riding lessons every week, and travel time to horse shows every month, Lynn is crazy busy. And with two young sons at home to care for on top of everything else, Lynn needed a way to get control of her time. Ignite allowed her to create a second income and have options in her life. “The biggest thing Ignite has done for me is to allow me to start dreaming again, to really know that anything is possible.” Her long-term goals are to help thousands of people create significant residual income and to enjoy slowing down and spending more time with her family. “It is truly fun and rewarding to help other people change their lives while you are changing yours!”

Sue Anderson

Sue Anderson was born in Brazil and later worked as a bilingual teacher, interpreter and translator after she came to the U.S. “At some point, I thought about my future retirement and wondered how I would ever afford it,” she says. “I prayed about that and then discovered Ignite.” Ignite offered Sue a chance to grow not only financially, but in other ways too. “Everyone advises to think outside the box,” she says.”Well, I definitely wasn’t doing that. I needed to cross personal barriers to make progress. Ignite has been a real growth experience for me.” Sue has primarily built her team with native Spanish speakers and now works Ignite full time. Because of the residual income she is building up, Sue no longer worries about retirement. “This business has definitely expanded my horizons,” Sue says. “No matter where you are from, everyone speaks the language of opportunity. And that is exactly what Ignite provides to people of every background.”

Robert Bell

Robert Bell has worked in the Houston Police department for the last 27 years, about half of those years in the Office of Inspector General. Yet his most life-altering inspection took place off-duty when he examined Ignite. “I was immediately struck by the opportunity to build a residual income for me and my family with a service everyone already uses,” Robert says. Since that epiphany, he has not only built a better financial future by turning energy into income, but has also used his own personal energy to help others do the same. “I love enabling people to buy their lives back!” Robert says. “My family and friends have all learned to dream again. Speaking of friends, thanks to Ignite, my list of them has grown substantially. Every day the future looks brighter than ever.”

Ray & Rebecca Bickerstaff

Residents of Valley Mills, Texas, the Bickerstaffs are small-town folks realizing big-time dreams, thanks to Ignite. Both Bickerstaffs have backgrounds well suited for the relationship intensive needs of running an Ignite business. Ray, a former athletic trainer, is a teacher for the Waco Independent School District, working for an alternative school, while Rebecca is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Nutritionist with a Masters of Public Health. Thanks to some hard work, vision and putting their downline first, the Bickerstaffs have been able to help Rebecca retire from her job so she can focus solely on growing their Ignite team.

Becky Bigbie

After spending 14 years in marketing and business development for two fortune 500 companies, Becky Bigbie looked for options to spend more time with her family. Ignite was an answer to that prayer. Becky is an enthusiastic cheerleader of her 18 year old daughter and 15 and 12 year old sons, all of whom are involved in competitive sports that require lots of coordinating. “The flexibility of my Ignite business allows me to focus on my family while still making a professional income,” Becky said. She attributes her success to her results-oriented attitude, passion for success in business, and attention to building relationships, which have all been major factors in her ability to help bring out the best in people.

Randall & Michelle Blackmon

The Blackmons joined Ignite for a reason many IAs can identify with: “We figured if deregulation was going to happen with or without us, it may as well happen with us. We saw an opportunity that made sense.” Joining Ignite in September 2005, Randall and Michelle have worked as a team towards their shared goal of financial freedom for their family and the families of their downline. “Ignite continues to bless our family. We now dream when we’re awake, not just when we’re sleeping.”

Darrell & Karen Kaye Boeske

Joining Ignite in August of 2005 for a part-time venture, Karen Kaye Boeske quickly realized that her full-time mortgage business was not meeting her financial, professional or personal goals to the degree that her Ignite business did. Along with her husband Darrell, she saw that with Ignite, “we could teach other people how to first help themselves, then teach others how to duplicate their efforts. We think that Ignite is the greatest financial opportunity to ever come along for our family.”

Wendell & Amy Campbell

Though the Campbells had a very demanding job, four children, church activities, and a minor surgery that took Wendell out of the game for longer than anticipated, they still achieved the position of Executive Director. They also have the distinction of being our first EDs in the Houston area. Not only have Wendell and Amy had success with Ignite, but Wendell’s mom and dad, and sister and brother-in-law are Ignite Associates. Talk about a family business!

Domenic Carlucci

A commercial airline pilot by trade, Domenic has enjoyed a career in aviation for almost four decades, with his experience including six years in the US Navy. He joined Ignite because he saw a wonderful opportunity that could truly make a difference in the lives of its Associates and customers. Plus, the thought of earning residual income while helping people reduce their monthly utility bills was exciting to Domenic. His long-term goal with Ignite is to share its rewards with as many friends, family, and acquaintances as possible.

Delmar Carmack

Delmar knew about making dreams come true. He worked in the network marketing industry for a quarter century and prospered. But somewhere along the way, his dreams faded. Delmar found himself in a semi-retired state a few years ago when he discovered Ignite. “I wasn’t interested at that time,” he says. “I was busy working on some personal investments and helping a youth program.” Then a chance meeting with Donald Trump changed everything. “He refreshed my psyche,” Delmar says. “I soon realized that the only personal investment I needed to make was in Ignite. Energy is a substantial service that everyone uses. We are on the ground floor of a deregulating, multi-billion dollar industry.” Delmar is not only prospering in Ignite, but also dreaming again. “Rather than merely donating to a youth program, I intend to use my newfound abundance with Ignite to start a charitable foundation for children,” he says.

Bryan & Julie Childers

Bryan, a former business owner of a construction grading Company, and Julie, a Registered Nurse, were living paycheck to paycheck when they were introduced to Ignite. A family friend recommended they take a look at the marketing plan, and after weighing the information, they realized it made perfect sense to them. Now, the Childers proudly share that they earned more money in their first 60 days in Ignite than they did in the previous year. As Bryan states, It feels good to be more than 30 days ahead on our bills.

Craig & Christy Claybourn

Craig and Christy Claybourn had a decent living. What they didn’t have was much of a life. She worked seven days at their convenience stores and he worked at those too – after his full day with an airline. But with college tuition bills looming ahead for their five children, Ignite just made sense for the Claybourns. “We really didn’t want our children to be loaded with crushing debt upon graduation,” says Christy. What began as a way to provide tuition relief has since transformed the Claybourns’ lives. “I left my job behind less than a year and a half after starting Ignite, and we now can afford to have employees at the convenience stores,” Craig says. The Claybourns don’t just see Ignite transforming their own lives, but those of loved ones too. “We have friends and relatives we don’t want to see merely trading hours for dollars,” Christy says. “Life is too short for that!”

Joel Claybrook

A Certified Public Accountant who has practiced in the North Texas area for over 30 years, Joel Claybrook also worked for TXU for nine years early in his career. Although he had no network marketing experience, Joel joined Ignite because he realized the value of residual income and how important having recurring monthly income is as he approaches retirement. As a CPA, he has seen an untold number of business opportunities, and after having evaluated the Ignite business model, he did not believe that he would ever see another opportunity with the potential for residual income that could change his financial future the way Ignite can. For Joel, Ignite truly is a life-changing opportunity.

Brian & Megan Coleman

Owners of Brian Keith Custom Homes, Brian and Megan Coleman were living the good life until 2003, when the bottom fell out of their custom home business. Falling from annual sales of $1.4 million dollars to just $30,000 was a devastating time in their lives. That same year, Megan had to go back to work where she witnessed all of their commercial equipment being repossessed by the bank, across from her new job. The Colemans tried their first network marketing opportunity in 2004, where they gained understanding on how networking could change their family’s life. After joining Ignite in 2005, they are realizing the financial freedom in their lives and are thankful to share it with others.

Destiny Curlee

Destiny Curlee was a college football player on an up-and-coming team. Unsurprisingly, he had the NFL gleam in his eye. Just before his tryout, however, Destiny took the biggest hit of his career – not in a game, but in a car accident. “My dreams were shattered,” Destiny says. About that same time, Destiny had a daughter and a renewed sense of purpose. “The purpose that drives me involves bequeathing a legacy to a new generation,” he says. “I knew with Ignite I could do that.” He also knew he could help others in the process. “My goal is to help dozens of families down to the road to financial freedom,” Destiny says. “This business enables one to empower others. And, like football, it is a team activity. Teamwork makes the dream work!” Destiny has a strong personal faith that propels him past obstacles. “I understood I could fulfill my dreams even after my accident and Ignite has provided the best vehicle for that,” he says. “I didn’t quite make it to the NFL, but becoming an Executive Director in Ignite demonstrated that I was still a major player, albeit in a different game. The rewards are definitely here for me and my family.”

Mark & Jody Delgado

Mark and Jody Delgado live in Colleyville, Texas and have two children. Mark has long been a successful entrepreneur, operating a radiant barrier company. That has enabled Jody to be a stay-at-home mom. Despite success on his own, however, Mark has always possessed a willingness to listen to other opportunities. So when he saw Ignite, he figured it would be a great supplement to his primary income and a real game-changer to his friends and family. “I liked the fact that with Ignite you didn’t have to deal with inventory, employees, overhead or any of the headaches that come with a conventional business,” Mark says. Jody adds, “Because of Ignite, we are able to travel more and spend quality time together building family memories.” Mark is particularly excited that Ignite is unfolding plans to go into other states. “I just don’t see any real downside to this business,” Mark says. “Ignite is so much more flexible and rewarding than most standard businesses. It’s a real jewel.”

Eddie Duffey

Being a custom home builder proved to be a great career for Eddie Duffey, until the crash came. “The building industry began a decline in 2007, and then the real estate market crashed completely the next year,” Eddie says. “It was really a financial disaster for my family.” Then the Ignite Opportunity came along. “Getting introduced to Ignite proved to be a real turning point for me,” he says. “I worked the business hard, and it helped save my family from financial ruin. I know many builders and developers who literally lost everything they ever worked for once the crash hit. Ignite came along for us and proved to be a great business despite the economy. Because of it, we didn’t have to forfeit our home or other properties. I’m so glad I found Ignite when I did. It has made all the difference.”

Melvin R. Farrell Jr.

With 37 years experience as a pilot under his belt, plus 20 years as an airframe and power plant mechanic, you could say that Melvin Farrell knows all about flying high. “I could legally fly before I could legally drive,” Melvin quips. A long-time fan of network marketing, Melvin never jumped in because, in his words, “I did not want to sell a product month after month after month.” That all changed when he was introduced to Ignite. “I knew I had to be a part of it. I knew it was going to be big. It just made sense.” Thanks to Ignite, Melvin is flying higher than ever before. “My grandchildren’s college tuition is going to be covered, because of what I have been able to do with Ignite. Plus, I have always wanted my own plane, and since joining Ignite I have bought two.”

Ernest Franklin

A retired System Engineer as well as the President of Franklin Bridge Community Mortgage, Mr. Franklin joined Ignite because he saw it “as an opportunity to have fun while building a huge residual income.” The appeal for Mr. Franklin was heightened by the fact that Ignite / Stream Energy helps people achieve savings on a commodity, which is built into their household budget. His long-term goal with Ignite is to be in a position to leave a perpetual income stream for his children’s children.

Jennifer & Russel Fuchs

Jennifer Fuchs was a full-time mother and a part-time teacher at her daughters’ school. Although that wasn’t a bad set up, it wasn’t terribly lucrative either. And with personal debt piling up, the need to boost her kids’ college fund accounts and a big recession around the corner, Jennifer needed a change. “A friend introduced me to Ignite and I was intrigued by the idea of getting paid on energy bills,” Jennifer says. “I saw that Ignite could help not only us, but other families as well. I understood the need to make a long-term commitment for it to work.” Since that time a few years ago, Jennifer looks back on her decision to do Ignite with great satisfaction. “It would have been tough to even make ends meet during the economic slowdown,” she says. “With Ignite, however, we prospered, erased our debts and even got the college funds going strong. And one of the most important things has been helping others change their lives for the better. God has blessed us with many friends through Ignite. Now my next goal is to help Russel retire from his job as a welding engineer.” Russel adds, “This business has really transformed our lives.”

Willa Gipson

Willa, an athletic director in the Ft. Worth school district, has always been active in sports. With her gung ho spirit, Willa saw Ignite as another avenue for fun while competing at a high level. It certainly paid off as now she can always attend her teenagers’ sporting events or take them out to a pro ball game any time they please. “With my Ignite business, I can reach any goal I desire,” she says.

Winston Gipson

Winston, an educator, wanted to create more freedom in his life. Growing his Ignite business enabled that wish in ways he could have hardly imagined. Today, Winston can spend his time as he pleases, travel with his kids at will and has the freedom to dream again, knowing that this time around he can readily achieve them. “It’s hard to understand the true value of freedom until you have it,” he says.

Elridge & Dawn Guillory

With Elridge pulling double duty as a Houston Fire Fighter and the owner/broker of Quest Real Estate, and Dawn working as a middle school assistant principal, the Guillorys fully understand the value of time freedom. Not ones to waste time, the Guillorys quickly saw the value of Ignite within a few short minutes of viewing the business plan. As Dawn states, “Energy made sense! And with our two boys providing our ‘why’, along with the impact of how volatile the economy is right now, we knew we had to get started right away.” Adds Elridge, “The Ignite Opportunity has given a glimpse of financial and time freedom. Our long-term goal is to not only to build a huge residual income but also to build long-lasting friendships with our new partners!

Mark & Chanda Harris

Mark Harris was a factory representative for a major manufacturer, operated a trucking company, flipped houses in real estate and had a full-time cattle and horse operation. To say he was engaged in a whirlwind of activity is an understatement. Plus, he also coached one of his children’s baseball teams. As busy as he was, why did Mark add Ignite to the mix? Subtraction by addition. “I wanted to go from a sixteen-hour day down to an eight-hour day,” he says. Before long, he did. “With Ignite, I don’t have to be anywhere at a certain time,” Mark says. “I no longer do work as a manufacturing rep, in trucking or flipping houses. But we keep the livestock. And, of course, we have time for our children and grandchild.” Chanda (who works as a hospice nurse) adds, “I still work my job because it is important to me, not because I have to. Ignite gives us time for what’s important.”

Ted & Terry Hasson

A finance and investment advisor from Houston, Ted Hasson is accustomed to taking a good, hard look at business opportunities to determine their viability. And with Ignite, Ted liked what he saw. He joined Ignite in April 2006 at the request of fellow IA Jack Tompkins, “the most credible, honorable and successful client I ever had.” Even though Ted has reached the position of Executive Director, his goal remains the same: “To pave the way and means to financial freedom for my wife and me and our family.”

Terri Hatch

Before joining Ignite, Terri had been a Sales and Marketing Representative with a national company for twenty years. She joined Ignite to enhance the financing of her family’s healthcare, college funding, and retirement. Terri claims she was excited to see in Ignite the opportunity to develop true, long-term residual income. She says, “Ignite has been a financial blessing to my family and has given me great confidence in our future. The relationships I have established through Ignite have become an extended family to me, one that I truly cherish.”

Kay & Jay Hickman

After Kay and Jay Hickman retired from the U.S. Coast Guard, Kay chose to stay home with the family. That move only lead to her next career, however, as she renewed her childhood love of horses and her own stable business. For his part, Jay began a consulting business that kept him travelling about six months a year. Learning about Ignite through their veterinarian, Kay initially saw the business as a way to earn some “fun” money. Before long, however, the Hickmans both saw the potential in their Ignite business to keep Jay home more. After about two years, it did just that as his travel schedule shrank significantly. “Ignite has allowed us to work as a couple, like we did in the Coast Guard,” Kay says. “We’re having a blast. Reminiscent of our former professions, today we’re helping people in stormy financial times find a safe harbor. For us, Ignite is a beacon to those in economic distress.”

Ron & Tony Jarrah

Ron and Tony Jarrah are twins and have always done things as a pair. In fact, Ron and Tony even married two sisters, Dareen and Lorraine respectively, on the very same day – a year after meeting them on a summer vacation! In their younger days, these two brothers attended the same university and later enlisted in the ranks of Corporate America. As they grew tired of working for others, Ron and Tony started a real estate business together in 2004, just a few short years before the industry crash. When the real estate crisis began, the two then entered the car industry. There they found some success, but grew tired of constantly fighting a recession. Fate intervened when a friend walked into their dealership one day to introduce Ron and Tony to Ignite. The brothers soon saw their entrepreneurial aspirations come together with the new opportunity. “Our car business required painfully long hours”, Ron says. “We hardly saw our families and viewed Ignite as the key to our freedom. ” Indeed, the Ignite financial vehicle soon freed the brothers from their vehicle business. “Appropriately, we declared our freedom on Independence Day by permanently closing the dealership doors on July 4,2011″, Tony says. “We’ve now found incredible success together with Ignite!”

Rosalie Jefferson

Rosalie Jefferson has quite a varied career background. Today, in addition to her role as one of Ignite’s field leaders, Rosalie is also a writer, a patented inventor and a Life Coach who counsels people on marriage and divorce, among other issues. Rosalie started with Ignite several years ago and worked really hard – until life hit her even harder. “I was having a very difficult time with personal matters for a while,” she says. “I was not able to work my Ignite business during that time, but my residual checks kept coming in. Ignite was really there for me when I needed it.” Today, Rosalie loves focusing on family, Ignite and several exciting projects that enable others to benefit from her life experience. “I’ve worked in field sales, encompassing a range that included everything from healthcare to corporate training,” she says. “Prior to working Ignite full-time, I also booked talent, particularly authors, celebrity athletes and motivational speakers. It was all certainly interesting, but now with my Ignite income, I have more freedom to pursue things that are important to me personally and professionally, while helping others along the way.”

Charlie & Beth Jones

Though they live in a non-deregulated part of Texas, Beth and Charlie have not let that stop them from finding success in Ignite. When they started with Ignite, Charlie had recently been laid off from his job as a software engineer and Beth was working with young mothers and their children. They also had a sizeable medical debt to contend with. Charlie and Beth have a strong ‘why’ in their two sons. “Our initial goal was to give me a chance to be home with the boys and still work with people.” says Beth. “Now we are focused on our long-term financial security.” Thanks to Ignite, Beth is now able to be a stay-at-home mom, and they have completely paid off the medical debt that had hung over their heads. “It has truly been a blessing to be able to work with so many people. We have been able to help not only our family but the many new friends we have made through Ignite. We are teaching our team they can go to work and make a living or we work Ignite together and all make a life.

Chris LaFaive

Chris LaFaive felt that the modern-day gold rush had passed him by. “I was in the construction business during the biggest real estate boom in U.S. history,” he says. “I made a living, but the big players made a fortune.” Then Chris saw Ignite. “I saw a huge opportunity with energy deregulation and didn’t want to miss out,” he says. “Ignite enables common people to profit from this huge market shift. You don’t have to be a big player to take advantage of it.” Chris has worked hard and done well with Ignite. Now he has an ambitious plan for early retirement. “I want to get to the point where I work only by choice, not necessity,” he says. “The deregulation of a market the size of energy will only happen once in life. I already missed out on one gold rush. I’m not missing this one!”

Alisa Lesslie

Alisa Lesslie of Euless, Texas knew all about travel as she worked in hotel management and as an airline agent. Having worked with many world travelers, Alisa longed for the freedom to gallivant across the globe for herself. “When I saw Ignite, I saw a chance to improve myself and become financially secure,” she says. In becoming an Executive Director in Ignite, Alisa is well on her way. “It has been so nice to walk away from the corporate world, work at home and meet other Ignite Associates who have goals similar to mine,” she says. “The life of my dreams is now before me. Instead of helping other people travel around the world, I’ll finally be doing it myself, thanks to Ignite.”

James Levins

The car business wasn’t bad for James Levins, except for the lack of rest. “I bought cars from dealers and sold them at auctions,” he says. “The pay was good, but the hours weren’t.” Fortunately for James, his brother had discovered Ignite. “He wouldn’t leave me alone about it,” James says, laughing. “Finally, I took a look and realized what we had.” James worked hard, doing both cars and Ignite for a while. “Finally, I put the brakes on the car business,” he says. “I only got paid there when I sold something, but now with energy I have a residual income. No one was going to pay me each time they started a car!” James loves the time flexibility his Ignite business provides. He also enjoys helping people upgrade their lifestyles and get out of debt. With diligence, James became Ignite’s first Executive Director in the northeast region. With all these good things, however, the rest problem is yet to be solved. “I can’t sleep thinking about all the expansion opportunities ahead with Ignite!” he says.

Brad and Kia Lewis

A career based on one’s interests is great until those interests diminish. Then it’s more like just another job. Just ask Brad Lewis. He enjoyed a career helping artists in the music industry for many years until his interest in it slowly waned. His wife Kia fared somewhat better with her career as a Wellness Coach, sensing a strong calling in that area. “Ignite offered a way to remain self-employed while building a substantial residual income using a non-traditional business model,” Brad says. “I liked working with great musical artists, but the long hours really cut into our family life.” Kia says, “With Ignite we can build true financial and time freedom. This will enable us to fund projects in art, character-building for children and also establish a wellness center. Basically, we will help others realize their personal, financial, and spiritual potential via the Ignite Opportunity.”

Quin & Pam Lloyd

An Account Manager with Whirlpool Corporation, Quin Lloyd joined Ignite for two main reasons – to be able to pay for his kids’ college education and to help his wife Pam retire from working. Now that his business has reached a level of success capable of making these dreams a reality, Quin has developed new goals. “I want to have a retreat center that can be used for Couples, Men’s and Women’s groups, to make a difference in their lives,” says Quin. “I don’t want to finance it, but rather pay for it outright. Ignite has allowed me to dream with a possibility of that dream coming true.”

Joe & Pat Loftin

By some standards, Joe Loftin from Oklahoma may not have been considered a prime candidate for success in Ignite. But since Ignite prides itself on helping people become successful who simply bring desire to the table, Joe was actually a good fit for the opportunity. A self-described “cowboy and fence builder” with an eighth grade education, Joe didn’t even know anyone from Texas, the nearest state in which Ignite offers service, when he got started in Ignite. “Nevertheless, it was the greatest opportunity I’d ever seen, so it just made sense,” he says. “In this business, I can help people achieve their goals and reach mine in the process.” His years of working outside made Joe no stranger to hard work. “But with Ignite I get to work smarter, not harder,” Joe says. “Before I leave this earth some day, I want to help many thousands of people save money on their energy bills.” And with his renewed sense of purpose in life, Joe will almost certainly have the opportunity to accomplish that or just about any other feat. “At 65, Joe felt like life was about over,” Pat says. “But now he’s past 70 and feels like it’s just beginning, thanks to Ignite!”

Diana Lomas

Ignite’s first Executive Director from South Texas, Diana Lomas is passionate about network marketing, specifically residual income and financial independence. She first tried her hand in network marketing with another company back in 1991, but despite her best efforts, it didn’t pan out. That all changed when she was introduced to Ignite. According to Diana, “For the first time, there was no doubt in my mind or my heart that I could meet my financial goals and help others do the same. With Ignite I have been able to do in less than three years what I was unable to do in 14 years of network marketing – earn a full-time income on a part-time basis.”

Miles & Desiree McKellar

With a combined background in the mortgage, real estate and technology industries, as well as career capacities heavily focused on marketing, accounting and finance, it would seem the McKellars were tailor-made to be Ignite Associates. However, even though Desiree immediately saw the potential with Ignite, Miles was a little more reluctant – until a fortuitous discussion with Presley Swagerty convinced him that Ignite was the real deal. 18 months later, the McKellars found themselves at the top of the Ignite career ladder. Now, they have the time to pursue their priorities, rather than be at the mercy of their financial circumstances. “With Ignite, we get to choose how we spend our day, rather than having it chosen for us. It is simply incredible!”

Dave & Kathy McKinney

Prior to joining Ignite, Dave had been retired from successful careers in the real estate management and publishing businesses. As a Certified Property Manager, he was responsible for the management of a large portfolio of apartment communities across the sunbelt. Kathy was a travel agent serving the specialty market of church-group ski travel. She worked with youth pastors from churches throughout the South in the planning of their annual ski trips. It was her agency’s owner who first introduced them to the Ignite Opportunity in late March of 2005. Dave says, “The opportunity to build a true residual income by simply helping some people to save money on their electric bills while helping others to build their own businesses was the most compelling reason we joined Ignite. Now, as we continue to build our business, it is our goal to endow and perpetually fund a charitable foundation for the benefit of several causes that we feel led to support.”

Louis & Michelle Miori

Louis, a pastor at a church in northwest Houston, and Michelle, a sales executive with a large printing firm, knew from day one that their busy lives would mean they would work Ignite on a part-time basis. But they haven’t let that stop them, approaching their business with full-time passion. Their goal with Ignite was to generate extra money to help fund the college education of their three children. Along the way, Louis and Michelle have made lifelong friends and learned that a steady commitment to Ignite is the key to life-changing residual income.

Byron & Lisa Montgomery

When Byron and Lisa were introduced to Ignite, they first saw it as an opportunity to earn a little income in a short period of time. Little did they know that their Ignite income would soon exceed the income from their current businesses. Because of the financial growth they have experienced with the Ignite opportunity, they now have more time to spend with their family and volunteer with their church.

Their key to success? They feel that it is impossible to succeed in this business without helping others succeed. “A life lived to help others is the only one that matters,” says Byron.

Jennifer & Sean Moran

Jennifer wasn’t looking for a business opportunity when she happened upon Ignite in 2005, she was just longing for relief. “I was certainly overworked and tired back then,” Jennifer says. “Still, I was skeptical of business opportunities and felt set with my six-figure job.” She finally decided to work Ignite part time and contribute the profits to her church. Yet Jennifer’s Ignite business soon became something more. “I saw Ignite as a way to spend more time with my kids,” she says. Thus, Jennifer and her husband Sean made Ignite work for them and have since left their jobs behind. Today, the Morans enjoy family time in their self-described dream home. And for her part, Jennifer works to help others find the career relief she’s experienced. “What started out as a project to help my church has transformed itself into my personal mission,” she says. “People believe they can’t have both money and time for their family, but I tell them they can with Ignite.”

Perry Morren

A former Executive Director for a non-profit organization, Perry joined Ignite because a man he trusted and respected showed him the Ignite marketing plan. From that meeting, Perry walked away confident that he could create an additional source of income. Perry is thankful to Ignite for giving him an immeasurable amount of time freedom to spend with his family. His sights are set on continuing to grow his business so that it will be his sole source of retirement income.

Ryan Morris

Prior to Ignite, Ryan Morris worked for an Austin-based bank, but he was dissatisfied when his compensation failed to progress with his accomplishments. When Ignite first was presented, Ryan gave it the cold shoulder. “I said ‘No’ to Ignite for several months,” he says. “Then my Mom (ED Martha Troy) joined and promoted to Executive Director in just 18 months. I liked the idea of unlimited income potential and decided to go for it.” Today, Ryan likes the freedom of being able to work when and where he wants. Reflecting back, he says, “I was a personal banker with one of the largest privately-held banks in Texas for almost 3 years. I met every goal they set for me, but the appropriate raises never followed. Fortunately, I was able to leave that full-time job behind after three 3 years when my part-time Ignite income doubled my bank salary. Today, I am honored to teach others how to do the same thing!”

Kirk & Lynn Newsom

After graduating from Baylor University, Kirk returned to Dallas and has enjoyed a private civil law practice for over thirty years. While still currently practicing law full time, Kirk responded openly to an invitation to consider the Ignite Opportunity and has since built the business on a part-time basis. To Kirk, Ignite presented both a chance to be in business with his son, Christopher, and an opportunity to build substantial residual income. Kirk seeks to build a financial legacy for his family on the shirt-tails of Ignite leadership, who he believes have already positioned Ignite and Stream Energy as one of the most successful entrepreneurial enterprises in the history of American business.

Robert & Carrie Paster

Robert Paster worked as an engineer and his wife, Carrie, as an educator. Despite their vastly different career choices, one thing the Pasters shared was a genuine passion for people. Then one day at work, Robert fortuitously discovered how they could use that passion together when someone introduced him to Ignite. “Neither of us had done network marketing before, so we simply relied on the system Ignite has in place, a support team of our fellow Associates and the knowledge that everyone needs energy,” says Carrie. Today, the Pasters have a new passion in their lives – residual income.

Christina Patterson

After many years of successful conventional business ownership, including real estate, a dental office, and dental labs, Christina was introduced to the Ignite Opportunity by a close friend. Reluctant at first to hear about network marketing, she was still intrigued about the idea of helping yourself and others by tapping into the electricity market. “After just one look at the Ignite compensation plan and the passive residual income that was available,” says Christina, “I knew financial freedom was truly obtainable in a very short time.” She attributes her success in Ignite to focusing tenaciously on her vision, holding fast to her goals and never quitting on herself.

Ernesto & Matilda B. Perez

As owners of a Final Expense Insurance Agency, the Perezs felt they had a solid grasp on the power of residual income. When they were approached with the Ignite Opportunity, they were sold on the marriage of networking with a life-essential service that everybody uses and is already paying for. Now they do Ignite full-time and work their insurance agency part-time. “We are now living our dreams and have been blessed to be able to spend so much time with our three beautiful daughters, not to mention the many friendships we have made along the way.”

Bob Perkins

A former owner of a retained search firm, as well as the force behind a start-up software company, Bob Perkins is a believer in entrepreneurship. So when he was first exposed to Ignite back in April 2005, he was ready. “What I saw in my first Ignite meeting was a business model based on solid marketing principles that I knew could work. The excitement and enthusiasm of people I respected also convinced me that I wanted to be a part of this. I have realized things about myself and my place in the world I think I never would have realized were it not for my accepting this challenge and then demanding more out of myself.”

Tony Perry & Patti Bachtel

Life was like a dream when Tony Perry and Patti Bachtel were riding high in their real estate and development businesses. They were even chosen to lead a team of volunteers to transform a family’s life on ABC’s Extreme Makeover – Home Edition. Then when the real estate market collapsed in 2007, Tony and Patti needed a life-transforming makeover of their own. “The mayor of our town told us about Ignite,” says Tony. “We knew this opportunity could turn our fortunes around.” Tony and Patti took the attitude of students while learning Ignite. “We knew about sales, but this isn’t like that,” Patti says. “It’s more like sharing.” Tony and Patti have not only enjoyed success in Ignite, but have started dreaming again. “Early retirement and more family time are now back in our vocabulary,” Tony says.

Jamie Piersol

A former banking vice president for over 20 years, Jamie Piersol has a solid understanding of finances. So when she saw the Ignite compensation plan, she knew immediately that she was on to something. However, it’s not just the money, but the time freedom that really keeps Jamie motivated. “Ignite has changed my life in so many ways. I have three children, and now I finally have the freedom of time. I’m no longer stuck waiting for a two-day weekend to try to fit everything in. I have the freedom to go on field trips, take lunch to school, and more. It’s amazing!”

Armando Quintero

Armando Quintero owned an auto repair shop when he discovered Ignite. “It started out as a way of saving money on my energy bills,” he says. “Then I realized the business could really help people get ahead. Things grew as I started talking to others about Ignite and eventually went from part time to full time.” Armando had tried network marketing before, but found that the products he represented didn’t fill a significant need. “In Ignite, however, we offer something families already use and have budgeted for,” he says. “We don’t have to convince people to consume products they weren’t already using. Thus, we fill peoples’ hearts with real hope rather than their garages with unused products.” What started out as a way to save money and help other people has transformed Armando’s own life. “I still can’t believe this,” he says. “I help other people through Ignite and get richly rewarded for it.”

Carlos & Mixsy Ramirez

As former proprietors of a security alarm company, Carlos and Mixsy can tell you the headaches associated with running a traditional business set off a few alarms of its own – oftentimes, it felt like the business was running them. That all changed when Ignite entered their lives. “Ignite has allowed us to change our focus from being too busy making a living to having time to help others and to give of ourselves,” says Carlos. “Now we enjoy peace of mind and can face the future confidently while blessing others.”

Jeff & Virgie Ransberger

The Ransbergers, owners of Ransberger Auction House, joined Ignite during its first year in business because they wanted a financially worry-free lifestyle. Says Virgie, “We got involved with Ignite because we wanted to establish a firm foundation for our future lives. It has changed our lives in many different ways, and it has allowed us to develop friendships and meet interesting people from all walks of life.”

Mike Reid

Mike Reid knows business. Indeed, he owned a construction company for 40 years. Mike also knows service. He serves on his church’s finance committee and helped start community banks during his years as a County Commissioner. With Ignite, Mike feels he has finally merged his business skills and service orientation together. “First of all, I saw that Ignite provided a great way to secure a future for my family,” he says. And family is certainly important to Mike as he has been married to his wife, Sandi, for 41 years. They have two children and seven grandchildren. “I also like that I can share Ignite with other families so that they can benefit as we have,” Mike says. A great business and service to others, all rolled into one. “It makes perfect sense,” Mike says. “What’s not to like?”

Dave & Diana Regis

Having been in financial services (insurance and annuities) for the past 30 years, Dave and Diana joined Ignite with a strong fiscal background. They wanted to do something special with their lives, and through Ignite they feel they have an opportunity to help their family and friends build passive, residual income. Dave and Diana’s long-term goal is to be a part of a leadership team that they feel will dominate the energy markets in the various states that Stream Energy and Ignite enter. They feel that Ignite has given them the tools to dream again, and to build leaders to have freedom to be all they can be.

Stefan & Nancy Rodriguez

In a funny paradox, the motives that led Stefan to join Ignite are the exact same reasons that kept him initially from getting started: time and money. Having a short supply of both, Stefan was reluctant to enter the world of Ignite at first; however, his career in the retail world provided plenty of incentive to try something new. Stefan states, “I could never make commitments to my family because work always interfered. Holidays and weekends were just another day of work while my family spent time without me.” Thanks to Ignite, his outlook is now much more positive. “There doesn’t seem to be a way to measure just what we can accomplish with the Ignite Opportunity. It will create a comfortable and exciting life and retirement for our family and for generations to come.”

Joseph Roseborough

Working as a business lawyer for nearly a quarter century gave Joseph Roseborough a well-rounded perspective on how various businesses operate. Then when he was introduced to Ignite, Joseph was surprised to find something different. “My work in law provided me a unique opportunity to evaluate numerous business models,” he says. “The Ignite Opportunity was the best I had ever seen.” Before long, Joseph jumped in for himself. “I enjoy helping people and making new friends, which are key factors in developing a successful Ignite business,” he says. Joseph particularly loves the idea of building a residual income, something that his otherwise lucrative profession doesn’t provide. “In working Ignite as a part-time business, I have the opportunity to continue my work as a lawyer and still build a nice income on the side,” he says.

Inge Saenz

Given her success with Ignite, one would hardly guess Inge Saenz is actually shy. “Yes, I get really nervous around new people,” she says. What pushed Inge past her shyness? “I realized how many people needed the Ignite opportunity, so I was determined to share it with them,” she says. In fact, it wasn’t long ago that Inge was one of those in such need. She was working on a Master’s degree in Psychology and needed an income that wouldn’t consume all of her time. “My dad helped me a lot during my undergraduate years,” she says. “But once I entered graduate school, I knew he needed to focus on my younger siblings.” So Inge applied herself to Ignite with a student’s dedication and became an Executive Director within a year, all the while continuing her studies. As is if that wasn’t impressive enough, Inge is the youngest person to ever reach Executive Director status in Ignite. “I wasn’t going to let shyness stand in my way,” she says.

Jerry & Monica Scribner

Jerry Scribner knows the value of good tools. He learned that working in the construction field for many years. Then Jerry was laid off during the recent economic downturn and found a new profession in which good tools came in just as handy – Ignite! “We had serious economic needs when I found Ignite,” Jerry says. “Someone told me I’d find success the fastest by taking massive and immediate action. So I did! Ignite doesn’t involve becoming a salesman or energy expert. It’s really about using the marketing tools the company has developed to gather teammates and train them. I’m just the messenger, not the message.” Jerry likes having a profession that is far less susceptible to economic downturns as was his old one. He also relishes the time flexibility and residual income Ignite provides. “Formerly, I built things for others,” Jerry says. “Now, however, I am building a great future for my family through Ignite.”

Lang & Penny Smith

Lang Smith knew stress. In fact, the condition was intricately bound up with his job in industrial sales. “I really saw it affecting my health,” he says. “Finally, one day I prayed for a better way and my phone rang a few hours later. Someone was calling to introduce me to Ignite.” Lang saw Ignite not only as a way to relieve him from the career bind, but as a way to help others as well. “I was able to leave my job behind after nine months,” he says. Today, Lang enjoys the Ignite business with his wife Penny who, as a retired Oncology nurse, certainly understands job pressure. The Smiths can’t say enough about their new lifestyle. “It’s great to finally have a stress-free life,” Lang says.

Jim & Lori Spargur

Though he was a successful owner of a finance and leasing company, Jim Spargur was poor in one key regard he lacked the time to pursue the things that truly mattered to him. Like many others, he turned to Ignite to help him solve the problem. “Because of Ignite, I have my life back. I sold my company in April 2007 and went full-time with Ignite in the same month. By having more time, I am able to focus on what I see as God’s purpose for my life, such as bringing water and aid to Africa. In fact, thanks to the money I earned through Ignite, I put in my first water well to help a village in Kenya, Africa.”

Bob & Melissa Spragins

Bob Spragins initially joined Ignite to supplement his children’s college payment. But as his Ignite business has grown and prospered, Bob’s “why” has changed from generating college money to the larger goal of taking control of his life financially. Ignite has enabled him to choose where he spends his time, whether it’s visiting his daughter in college or taking his son across the country for baseball, or just spending the day at home. Bob’s long-term goals are to be able to choose how to live his life, and by having the ability to invest, spend and share the financial rewards this business can bring.

Scott & Lisa Stok

As a Captain in the U.S. Army, Scott Stok learned that the only way to accomplish a mission was to help others accomplish theirs. “The Ignite business works in a similar fashion,” Scott says. “To reach the top in this business, you have to help others reach their goals.” Thanks to his success in Ignite, Scott, who has long worked as a traditional business owner and corporate executive, can now do Ignite full time. Scott’s next goal is to help Lisa retire early from her elementary teaching job. “The hard work and short term sacrifices have been worth it, and we have gained so much from the incredible friendships we have made along the way. Now early retirement and greater family time is within reach for us,” he says. “I owe it all to the Ignite Opportunity. Lisa and I are now blessed to help others start dreaming again.”

Elbert & Labeebah Thomas

Elbert, a business owner for many years (owning dozens of rental properties, as well as a commercial cleaning and logistics company), and his wife Labeebah (who herself owned and operated a hair care business) joined Ignite in 2006 after realizing their long-term goals were taking them in a new direction. Says Elbert, “Being an entrepreneur, you have to keep your mind open for the next shift in wealth creation. With Ignite, it only made sense. Our goal is to give people a plan B and the ability to choose what they get out of life. Ignite has given us so much: income, freedom, friends, certainty, options and life on our terms.

Melanie Thurmon

Melanie, an administrator/owner of an assisted living facility in Cartersville, Georgia who also co-owns a salon and medical spa among other businesses, is an entrepreneur to her roots. Even though she had an already incredibly busy lifestyle, she knew that when she saw Ignite, she had to get involved. “I joined Ignite because as a business owner I could see the amazing potential of the residual income. I knew that in time it would allow me to be debt free in my own business, which had never happened with my other endeavors. And I have always wanted to do more for my passion in ministry. Ignite is the way I plan to have the freedom do more of that. I am energized and blessed to be helping others grow their businesses and to see many become successful with the Ignite Opportunity.

Martha Troy

A mother of four with a background which includes teaching, home repair and owning rental properties, Martha knows something about the value of hard work with an eye to the future. She was also fortunate to learn early on about the benefits of residual income. “My grandmother rented houses, as did my parents,” said Martha, “and I grew up understanding the value of enjoying quality time with my family due to the benefits of passive, residual income.” With the Ignite Opportunity, Martha is leveraging her big picture mindset, hard work ethic and belief in residual income to maximize her earning potential. And for the Troys, it’s a family business, with Martha’s husband, one son and one daughter all involved as Associates.

Richard Tuite

Richard (a business owner) joined Ignite to cover his fixed monthly expenses. But soon after joining, his vision of what Ignite could do for him expanded. Says Richard, “With Ignite, we know we had the opportunity to live life on our terms and help others realize their dreams. We see Ignite as a type of salary insurance, knowing that in good times and bad we have a “Plan B” income stream to see us through.”

Jay Veal

Jay is the founder and principal of a national anesthesia staffing firm. At the core of that business model are the ideas of duplication and leverage. “When I saw that the Ignite business model also relies heavily on these concepts, it just made perfect sense to me,” Jay said. “I love that we succeed by losing ourselves in the success of others. It is easy to persevere when it is not only about you. What an amazing opportunity to help others achieve a true residual income, while simultaneously creating one for your family!” Jay, his wife, Tonya and their son, Max, make their home in Athens, Georgia.

John and Sandra Walsh

John Walsh played professional football and then worked for a long time as a supervisor in the auto manufacturing industry. For her part, Sandra served as a human resources director for many years in corporate America. Yet when the economy gets rough, even those in the employment field find it tough to stay employed, and Sandra at some point had trouble finding work. In response to this situation, the Walshes tried the route of traditional business ownership by operating a coffee vending business. Then the Walshes found Ignite. “Having been an entrepreneur, I knew that Ignite would only work if we treated it like a business,” John says. Coming in with a take-charge mindset, John and Sandra found they had a knack for leadership development. Over time, the Walshes became well-respected leaders in the field as they ascended through the ranks of Ignite’s compensation plan. Thanks to their newfound success, Sandra now happily describes herself as “unemployable”. “For the past several years, I have proudly listed a new position on my resume,” Sandra says. “It’s called a stay-at-home mom!”

Michael & Carie Ward

Michael and Carie Ward of Katy, Texas saw many appealing things about Ignite. Carie works as a Director of Operations at a law firm and Michael is a Division Manager for a call center. “We saw Ignite as the perfect retirement plan,” Carie says. Michael adds, “Unlike financial-based investments, an Ignite business enables you to control how much your income grows. We just invest time rather than money.” Ignite has not only been a significant financial opportunity for the Wards, but also an educational one for their children. “We are showing them the value of business and a more effective way to work,” Carie says. Then there are all of the friends the Wards have made through the business. “Investment, retirement, education for the kids and new friends to boot,” reflects Michael. “Ignite is really more than we ever bargained for.”

Wes & Sunny Wessel

The Wessels of Lake Conroe, Texas joined Ignite for some simple, yet deeply personal reasons: they wanted to be in a position to be able to do more for their family and for their church. As insurance professionals and estate planners, Wes and Sunny recognize how critical it is to have a solid financial gameplan in place to take care of the ones you love. And thanks to Ignite, they can do just that. “We are helping others reach their dreams and goals, and that is very satisfying for us,” said Wes. “We want to help thousands of other people reach financial freedom.

Bruce & Ashley Widener

As the owners of a governmental relations and association management firm, the Wideners have represented a variety of businesses for the last 38 years. On top of that, they kept their schedule full with a healthy commitment to civic duties, with Ashley currently serving as a member of the Fulton County School Board, and Bruce a former member of the Georgia House of Representatives. But this couple was not too busy to catch Ignite fever. After watching the Opportunity video on the website, they were captivated. “Ignite has brought back hope and excitement to us. With the ability to work with our friends and make new friends, we have a renewed enthusiasm regarding our business and lives.”

Jim & Fran Will

The Wills both enjoyed careers in the business world – Fran owned and operated a very successful travel agency which she sold a few years ago, and Jim is a business/sports consultant. So what compelled them to join Ignite? “We joined because of the simple and yet very powerful business plan centering around the deregulation of energy and the ability to receive residual income on one of life’s absolute necessities,” says Jim. “Our long-term goals with Ignite are to help and support the Ignite family to spread this beautiful message around the globe. Ignite has certainly changed, for the better, our lives both personally and professionally. We want to thank all the wonderful people we have met because of this opportunity. We are forever grateful.”

Dr. Terry Wille

A naturopathic doctor, investor and realtor, Dr. Wille is someone who is used to working hard and being a dedicated entrepreneur. When she saw Ignite, she was immediately attracted to it. “I thought it was a no-brainer, and I wanted to set myself up for passive, monthly, residual income. This is a business where you can watch lives change for the better.” Having reached the position of Executive Director, Dr. Wille is not ready to slow down. “My long-term goal is to continue to help change lives by introducing people to the fastest growing company in the history of the United States.”

Chad Williams

With an MBA and a Master’s degree in Real Estate and Finance, Chad Williams thought he was ready for anything career-wise. Then came the collapse of the financial sector a few years ago that left the industry reeling and Chad re-thinking his direction. “I originally started Ignite for a Plan B, but soon it became more than that,” he says. Chad soon solidified his personal finances through Ignite and is now helping others do the same. “I was able to walk away from the corporate world at a young age, and it’s been great,” he says. “Now I feel that I can really impact the lives of others through this amazing opportunity. I really couldn’t say that about my old job. Since people will always pay for their energy, Ignite is the way to thrive in any economy.”

Ralph & Andra Williams

The Williams compiled an interesting combined resume: Ralph, a retired army pilot and officer, and Andra, a registered nurse, realtor and exchange student coordinator. The Williams knew all about working harder and were ready to work smarter when they found Ignite. Andra with her sales background enjoyed talking to people and had a drive for success. Yet that drive was contingent upon a feeling that she was helping people. For his part, Ralph was a bit quieter, but had military discipline and consistency in his favor. Today, the Williams enjoy the freedom and flexibility their Ignite business has afforded them. Andra loves the fact that she is helping others build a future. And Ralph, shedding his former shyness, can’t stop talking about Ignite. “All six of our children work Ignite, too, so it’s like heaven on earth, Andra says. Our last career stop is by far the most fulfilling, Ralph says.

Scott & Amy Williams

Scott , an attorney by trade, and Amy, a stay-at-home mom, were financially secure before Ignite came into their life. Where they struggled, however, was in the area of time – Scott basically was too busy keeping his family afloat to have much time left to actually spend with them. That all changed when Ignite entered the picture. “Ignite opened a doorway that led me from working many hours a week to now being in a position where every day starts with figuring out what we are going to do as a family that day. It has been a truly fabulous business venture for us.”

Ron & Heather Woodall

Despite recent economic storms, Ron Woodall kept his head above water in his real estate business. Yet he was nevertheless intrigued when his father-in-law introduced him to Ignite and the possibility of residual income. “I knew success here would take effort,” he says. “Thus I gave my new Ignite business serious and immediate action. The flexibility of it allowed me to squeeze Ignite into my busy schedule.” Soon, Ron was building up a level of residual income that came in handy during his leaner months in real estate. “In that business, every time I sell a house, I’m unemployed,” he says. “But with Ignite, business activities always continue as my team keeps working even when my attention is elsewhere. That provides a consistent income. What a great feeling.” That feeling never dampened when Ron’s wife, Heather, wanted them to move back to her home state upon the birth of their first child. “We could realistically make that move, because Ignite not only offers residuals and flexibility, but also portability, unlike real estate,” Ron says. “It’s incredible!”

Derek & Bernadette Wright

Careers in law – that was the Wrights’ ticket to success. But at what price? “I always thought becoming an attorney represented a great career option while I was growing up,” Bernadette says. “What I didn’t realize was how much time and stress that kind of career required. At some point, I hardly recognized myself and life was happening without me.” Bernadette finally sought an answer to her plight. Enter Ignite. She worked hard at her new business and quickly won Derek’s support. “I was always being approached with different opportunities,” he says. “I wouldn’t even consider them. Then Bernadette’s experience made me give Ignite a second look. I soon realized it was different in that it offers a life essential service upon which to build a long-term income.” Bernadette admits that her Ignite business goes against the grain of her former career path, but has come to embrace that. “We so often define ourselves by job titles that we end up limiting ourselves,” she says. “Ignite provides a Plan B that can win your life back. It’s done that for me! Initially, this opportunity would have been the last place I’d have looked for an answer, but it should have been the first.” Derek says, “When you take off the blinders, it’s amazing how different things look.”
